Saint Lucia's Citizenship by Investment Programme (CIP) was established in 2015 and has since become one of the most respected citizenship programs in the Caribbean. Investment Options
Option 1: National Economic Fund (NEF) Donation
A non-refundable donation to the National Economic Fund. Minimum investment: USD $100,000 for a single applicant. Additional fees apply for including family members.
Option 2: Approved Real Estate Investment
Investment in a government-approved real estate project. Minimum investment: USD $200,000. The property must be held for a minimum of 5 years.
Option 3: Enterprise Project Investment
Investment in an approved enterprise project. Minimum investment: USD $3,500,000. This option also creates employment opportunities and contributes to the local economy.
Option 4: Government Bonds
Purchase of non-interest-bearing government bonds. Minimum investment: USD $300,000, held for a minimum of 5 years.
Visa-Free Travel
Saint Lucia passport holders enjoy visa-free or visa-on-arrival access to over 145 countries and territories, including all EU Schengen Area countries, the United Kingdom, Hong Kong, Singapore, and many other major destinations. This makes the Saint Lucia passport one of the most powerful in the Caribbean.
